Baptism and Confirmation

In Baptism, we thank God for his gift of life and make a decision to start on the journey of faith, becoming full members of God’s church. In Confirmation we reaffirm the promises which we have made or which have been made on our behalf.

We welcome people of all ages to Baptism and Confirmation.

A church is a special place for a marriage. Prayers, promises and celebration become a foundation for the years ahead.

Funerals

A funeral marks the end of a person’s life here on earth. Family and friends come together to express grief, give thanks for the life lived and commend the person into God’s keeping.

We can accompany you at this difficult time of bereavement, and together plan the funeral service. This could be a small, quiet ceremony or a large occasion, either in the church or at the crematorium.

You may also like to consider a Thanksgiving or Memorial service at a later date, to celebrate the person’s life.
